We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Relationship Manager / Financial Associate with a solid foundation in mutual funds and insurance. In this role, you will interact directly with retail and HNI clients, evaluate their financial requirements, recommend suitable wealth accumulation and protection products, and ensure a seamless investment onboarding experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Advisory: Identify prospective investors, generate leads, and conduct initial financial consultations to understand risk appetite, investment horizons, and protection needs.
- Mutual Fund Distribution: Educate clients on SIPs, lump-sum investments, asset allocation, and goal-based planning across equity, debt, and hybrid funds.
- Insurance Advisory: Recommend life, term, and comprehensive health insurance solutions tailored to individual family protection needs.
- Portfolio Servicing & Reviews: Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, assist with rebalancing, dividend tracking, redemption requests, and claim processing support.
- Operations & Compliance:



Manage end-to-end client documentation, KYC processing, CAMS/KFintech operations, and portal onboarding while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build sustained, trustworthy relationships to drive client retention and referral opportunities.
- Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.E., or related fields).
- Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of Indian mutual fund products, SIP mechanics, NAV, tax implications, and health/life insurance policy structures.
- Language Proficiency: Robust communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with mutual fund transaction platforms (BSE StAR MF, NSE NMF II, or RTA portals), MS Excel, and CRM/presentation tools.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, disciplined, ethical, and client-first mindset.
