Business Development Executive – Job Description

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education: Graduation required

- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and explain products/services effectively.
- Generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- RequirementsGraduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and client relationship management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
