Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager who can independently manage the company's complete digital marketing function, including performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, GEO, social media, analytics, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's end-to-end digital marketing strategy.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Drive qualified leads through paid, organic, social media, and other digital channels.
- Manage SEO, GEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and organic growth.
- Manage GA4 and Google Search Console to track traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Develop and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Plan and scale UGC-based ads and continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Manage social media strategy, content, engagement, and audience growth.
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations for brand awareness and lead generation.




- Track and optimise CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with Google, Meta, SEO, AI/GEO, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO, and organic growth.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with UGC ads, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical, copywriting, and campaign optimisation skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Solid ownership and cross-functional coordination skills.
