Position: Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to build their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.
- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.




- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.

Requirements:-

Education: Graduate

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–6 months of customer service experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
