About us

Tender Moments is a preschool and daycare in Hebbal, built on a straightforward idea: a safe, warm space where kids can be kids, explore, wander, and learn. We run daycare from 8:30 AM to 8 PM to support working parents.

The role

We're looking for a caring, energetic daycare teacher to join our team and look after children through the day.

Responsibilities

- Care for and supervise children, keeping them safe, comfortable, and engaged
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities such as play, stories, rhymes, art and craft, and early learning
- Support daily routines including meals, naps, and hygiene
- Build a warm, trusting relationship with each child
- Keep parents updated on their child's day, mood, and progress
- Keep the classroom clean, organised, and child-safe

Requirements

- 0 to 3 years of experience in a daycare, preschool,



or similar setting (freshers are welcome)
- Qualification in ECCEd, NTT, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
- Patience, warmth, and genuine love for working with young children
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil
- Flexibility to work within daycare hours (8:30 AM to 8 PM)
- Basic first-aid awareness is a plus
