Home Tuition Academy is looking for a dynamic, confident and communication-driven Teacher Recruiter to join our growing team.

? What You’ll Do

- ? Source & Recruit Teachers through calls, WhatsApp, job portals, social media and databases.

- ?‍? Screen Teacher Profiles based on subject, class, location, experience, availability and teaching preferences.

- ? Match Teachers with Tuition Opportunities according to student requirements.

- ? Manage teacher communication, follow-ups and confirmations.

- ? Maintain teacher databases, Excel records and recruitment reports.

- ? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth teacher placements.

- ? Build and maintain strong relationships with active teachers for future opportunities.

? Who We’re Looking For

- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates.

- BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA or relevant qualifications preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good Hindi & English communication skills.

- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp and basic Excel.

- Confident, proactive and target-oriented.





- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Recruitment, telecalling, counselling or placement experience will be an advantage.

? Salary & Incentives

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will be determined based on communication skills, relevant experience, interview performance and overall suitability for the role.

Additional performance-based incentives may be provided.
