About the Role

Urban Avenues is hiring energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team in Noida. You will be responsible for connecting with potential homebuyers and investors, pitching real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.

* Pitch real estate residential and commercial properties effectively.

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

* Schedule and confirm site visits for the direct sales team.

* Follow up regularly with potential leads to close deals.

Key Details

* Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on experience) + High Incentive Structure

* Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

* Weekly Off: Tuesday

* Experience: Experienced candidates are welcome.

* Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a solid sales drive.
