Role SummaryWe are looking for an International Operations Executive who can manage the daily operational work of international travel bookings for travel agents, corporate clients, and B2C customers.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, managing bookings, following up with clients/agents, preparing confirmations, and ensuring smooth execution of international tour packages from inquiry to completion.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily inquiries from travel agents, corporate clients, and direct B2C customers.
- Understand travel requirements such as destination, travel dates, number of passengers, hotel category, meal plan, sightseeing, transfers, visa needs, and budget.
- Prepare international tour package quotations and itineraries.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, DMCs, hotels, transport providers, activity suppliers, and visa teams.
- Check rates, availability, hotel options, sightseeing details, transfers, and package inclusions.
- Follow up with agents, corporates, and customers for quotations, confirmations, payment status, and booking updates.
- Prepare booking confirmations, hotel confirmations, vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, confirmations, payments, supplier communication, and booking status.
- Coordinate with internal sales, accounts, ticketing, visa, and operations teams.
- Ensure all booking details are accurate before sharing with clients or agents.
- Handle changes, amendments, cancellations, and urgent travel updates professionally.
- Maintain customer service quality and ensure smooth travel execution.
- Share daily work updates and pending follow-up reports with management.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of international tour packages and travel operations.
- Ability to prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good coordination skills with agents, suppliers, corporates, and customers.
- Basic knowledge of hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas,



and international destinations.
- Good computer skills, including Excel, email, WhatsApp, and basic documentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and follow-ups at the same time.
- Responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude.
- Preferred Experience1 to 3 years of experience in travel agency, DMC, tour operations, international packages, or travel back-office operations.
- Experience in handling B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and B2C customers will be preferred.
- Knowledge of destinations such as Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Maldives, Vietnam, Europe, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Mauritius, and other international destinations will be an added advantage.
- QualificationGraduate in any stream.
- Travel & Tourism qualification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and robust interest in travel operations may also apply.
- Candidate Should Be Able ToManage daily travel operations independently.
- Communicate professionally with agents, corporates, clients, and suppliers.
- Prepare accurate quotations and confirmations.
- Maintain proper follow-up discipline.
- Work under timelines and handle urgent booking requirements.
- Support the team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
