VIAVIFA is looking for an experienced and motivated Study Abroad Counselor to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the study abroad/overseas education sector and possess strong knowledge of international education systems, university applications, admission processes, student visa requirements, and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students on suitable study abroad destinations, courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable options.
• Handle the complete student counseling and application journey from initial counseling to admission and visa processing.
• Provide accurate information regarding:



Courses & Programs; Universities/Colleges; Admission Requirements; Tuition Fees & Living Costs; Scholarships & Financial Requirements; Intakes & Application Deadlines.
• English-language requirements such as IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, etc.
• Student visa requirements and documentation
• Assist students with university/college applications and documentation.
• Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the application process.
• Coordinate with internal processing and visa teams to ensure smooth case progression.
• Maintain accurate student records, follow-ups, and application status.
• Achieve assigned counseling, application, and conversion targets.
• Stay updated with changes in international education, university requirements, admission policies, and student visa regulations.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide professional guidance throughout their study abroad journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education sector.
