About the roleOur Storymarketfeed is a Y Combinator-backed fintech startup (YC S21), founded by Sharique Samsudheen and Sooraj E in 2020. Over 2.3 million people follow us on social media, our app has 400,000+ downloads, and ₹300 crores has been invested through our platform.
We're now building a lending business. Our first product helps people who pay high interest on personal loans and credit cards move to a lender that charges less, so their EMI comes down. We work with partner banks and NBFCs. We check eligibility, match customers to the right lender, and stay with them until the new loan is paid out and the old ones are closed.

Who We're Looking ForWe're hiring Sales Executives for our personal loans team. It's an inside sales role: you work from our Bengaluru office, on calls and WhatsApp, and take customers from "interested" to "loan paid out". Customers know you as their marketfeed loan expert.
You'll talk to people who've asked us to lower their EMI. You'll explain what we can do for them, collect their documents, file their application with our partner lenders,



and follow up until the money reaches them.
This is a sales job, and we sell honestly. We only move customers whose EMI we can actually bring down. If a deal doesn't help someone, you tell them so.

What You'll Do• Talk to customers every day: Work through your daily list in our CRM. Call new customers, follow up with the ones already in progress, and reply quickly when they call or message us.
• Explain the offer clearly: Show customers how much their EMI can come down, what the current loan looks like, and what they need to do next. No overpromising.
• Collect documents: Get the customer's loan statements, EMI details and KYC documents. Check they're complete before filing.
• File with lenders: Create the customer's application on our partner lenders' portals, and follow it through approval, customer acceptance and disbursal.
• Follow up until it's done: Chase customers who go quiet, handle objection
