About the Role
Docterz Health Tech is looking for a *target-driven Business Development Manager* to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and business growth through field sales. The role involves building relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, prospecting, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare establishments.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build strong relationships with doctors and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM.
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Report regularly on pipeline, closures, and field activities.

Requirements
- *0–3 years* of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or similar roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Robust customer acquisition and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and travel across Bangalore.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is an advantage.
