HR Manager – Manufacturing
Experience: Fresher
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to manage HR operations for our manufacturing/tool room facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, technical & management roles
• Manpower planning, attendance, leave & payroll coordination
• Employee relations, grievance handling & discipline
• PF, ESI and statutory compliance
• Performance management, training & employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
