About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sponsorship, Outreach & Partnership Executive to drive
sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and industry collaborations for ISIEINDIA's events, programmes,
and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential sponsors from OEMs, automotive, technology, EV, energy,
CSR, and allied industries.
• Secure financial, equipment, technology, media, and in-kind sponsorships.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, packages, rate cards, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and meetings.
• Present sponsorship opportunities and negotiate commercials, advantages, and deliverables.
• Manage the complete sponsorship pipeline from prospecting to closure and renewal.
• Coordinate sponsorship agreements, MoUs, documentation, and sponsor deliverables.
• Build relationships with industry leaders, alumni,



academia, government departments, CSR
organisations, and institutional stakeholders.
• Onboard sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, knowledge partners, technology partners, and other
collaborators.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams for sponsor branding and visibility.
• Maintain databases and regular reports for sponsors, partners, and outreach activities.
• Prepare post-event sponsor reports covering visibility, reach, and outcomes.
• Identify non-event business opportunities and coordinate with the Business Development
Team.
