About the RoleAroza Event Center is looking for an experienced Remote Operations Coordinator with hands-on experience in event centers, banquet halls, hospitality, or event management.
This is not a general administrative role. The selected candidate will help build and organize our complete event operations system from scratch, including processes, SOPs, vendor coordination, event planning, staffing, inventory, and operational tracking.

? Key Responsibilities• Coordinate event operations from planning through completion
• Manage DJs, decorators, caterers, linen vendors, and other partners
• Coordinate event setup, staffing, cleaning, and venue-readiness timelines
• Manage inventory, supplies, linens, and banquet utilities
• Create SOPs, checklists, workflows, and event templates
• Build and maintain Excel & Google Sheets trackers and reports
• Track invoices, vendor expenses, and operational costs
• Identify operational gaps and create systems to improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and ensure event requirements are completed on time

? What We’re Looking For• Event center / banquet hall operations experience
