Job Description:
We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with 8+ years of hands-on development experience, with expertise in React.js, Node.js and Python.

The candidate should be comfortable leading technical implementation while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable web applications.
• Hands-on development using React.js, Node.js and Python.
• Define application architecture, coding standards and technical best practices.
• Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure quality delivery.
• Lead and mentor developers and conduct technical discussions/code reviews.
• Work closely with product managers, clients and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs and databases.
• Identify performance, scalability and security improvements.
• Participate in deployment,



debugging and production support.
• Stay updated with contemporary frameworks, cloud technologies and emerging development practices.

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
• Good hands-on experience in Python.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs and databases.
• Experience with application architecture and scalable systems.
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading a development team or taking technical ownership of projects.

Preferred:
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with Docker and microservices.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI integrations is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
