Role: Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter
Location: Pune / Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
Shift: US EST | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 4–7 Years
Joining: Immediate to 2–3 Weeks (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Quantum Integrators is looking for a passionate US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. If you're experienced with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements and enjoy hiring top tech talent, I'd love to connect
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing amp; placement.
• Recruit across W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ATS, and skilled networking.




• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong consultant and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Account Managers to fulfil client hiring needs.

Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, US Citizen, GC-EAD, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in the US EST time zone.
