Job Description:
Your Role
• Lead and participate in SAP IS-Retail and S/4HANA Retail implementation, rollout, and support projects across the retail value chain.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design functional solutions, and configure SAP Retail processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, FICO, CAR, and POS systems to ensure seamless business integration.
• Support testing, user training, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization while ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.

Your Profile
• 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-Retail with solid knowledge of Merchandise Management, Assortment Management, Pricing, Promotions, Purchasing, Inventory, and Store Operations.




• Proven experience in at least one or more end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation projects with expertise in business process design and configuration.
• Strong understanding of retail master data, article management, site management, listing, replenishment, and integration with SAP MM, SD, and FICO modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in global delivery environments.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), SAP F&R;, POS integration, and Omnichannel Retail processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Fiori applications, and Agile project delivery.
• Exposure to SAP Retail analytics and reporting solutions.
• SAP Certification in SAP Retail or SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
