Job Summary

The role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of core finance operations, including preparation of monthly financial statements with supporting schedules and detailed reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of books. It involves creating and tracking expense provisions in line with the accrual concept, maintaining and regularly updating the Fixed Asset Register with appropriate classification and depreciation accounting,



and managing the billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. The role also includes processing payroll with a high degree of accuracy, addressing employee queries related to payroll and reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Additionally, the position requires active coordination with external stakeholders such as auditors and bankers by providing required information, supporting audits, and facilitating smooth financial and compliance-related interactions.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

40% Corporate Finance and Accounting

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow as applicable)
• Compile supporting schedules and working papers for all line items
• Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast/prior periods
• Ensure timely closure of books as per the monthly close calendar
• Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain necessary
