Geekynd is building the next generation of remote operations teams for US businesses — customer support, virtual assistants, and backend operations for startups, agencies, and SMBs.
We have the service. We have the systems. We have the delivery infrastructure.
Now we're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our US client acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on B2B sales role. You'll be responsible for identifying US prospects, building outbound campaigns, running discovery and closing calls, winning new clients, and helping build a repeatable sales process.
You'll work closely with the founders and, as the business grows, have the opportunity to build and lead an SDR team.
What you'll own
- Build and manage the US outbound sales pipeline
Use tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot/Zoho
Identify target US companies, decision-makers, and ideal customer profiles
Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Conduct discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing calls with US prospects




Close recurring B2B service contracts in the $1K–$10K/month range
Build sales scripts, playbooks, and CRM processes
Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
Work with the founders to refine messaging, offers, and sales strategy
Develop inbound opportunities alongside outbound
Help recruit and lead 2–3 SDRs as the sales function grows
You're a fit if you have
- 4–7 years of B2B sales/business development experience
Proven experience selling to US clients
Experience selling outsourcing, BPO, staffing, SaaS, agency, or other B2B services
A demonstrable personal closing track record — actual revenue, deal sizes, and results
Hands-on experience with up-to-date outbound and sales tools
Confidence running discovery and closing calls with US founders and decision-makers
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable working US-overlap hours when required
Experience working with or managing
