As we launch operations in Bengaluru, we are seeking a high-ownership Founding Manager - People & Business Operations to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO.

You will be the operational backbone of the company, building core processes from the ground up while actively serving as a revenue force multiplier.

Role OverviewThis is a high-visibility,



cross-functional founding role designed for an ambitious, execution-obsessed professional who wants their compensation directly tied to their impact.

You will blend Core HR, Executive & Corporate Travel Concierge, Business Compliance for India and Sales Operations.

You will ensure our India operations run flawlessly while driving pipeline growth across B2B healthcare partners (MD clinics, Pharmacies, hospitals, labs, etc) and corporate CSR networks.

Key Responsibilities1. Core HR, Compliance & Office Administration
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and workplace policy enforcement.
• Partner directly with our external Chartered Accountant (CA) firm to manage monthly payroll processing, tax compliance, GST filing, and EPFO/ESIC regulations.
• Maintain physical office workflows, vendor management, and daily facility administration.
