About the Role

We are looking for a CDP (Chef de Partie) – Kitchen to join our team and take ownership of an assigned kitchen station while supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.





You will play an important role in delivering food that matches the quality and experience Corridor Seven stands for — from preparation and cooking to plating and presentation.

What You’ll Do

* Take ownership of your assigned kitchen station and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Execute dishes as per standardized recipes, portioning, quality, and presentation standards.
* Manage mise en place and ensure your station is always service-ready.
* Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and plating.
* Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
* Coordinate closely with the kitchen, barista, and service teams during service.
* Monitor station inventory and communicate requirements proactively.
* Minimize food wastage through effective preparation and storage practices.
* Support menu trials, new dish development, and seasonal offerings.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
