Job Title – FP&A; Senior Analyst

About The Role

The FP&A; Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert within the BSO team, responsible for the accurate and timely execution of complex finance and operational processes supporting the UK Advisory business. This role encompasses end to end management of CRM operations, compliance coordination, invoice processing, accruals management, and data governance,



acting as a quality assurance checkpoint and escalation point for the FP&A; Analyst team.

You will be expected to handle the most complex transactions, mentor junior team members, drive process standardisation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

What You’ll Do

• CRM Operations & Job Management
• Conduct AML for new customers and change request for existing customers.
• Set up Customer in Peoplesoft

• Finance Operations & Accruals
• Generate invoices through Finishline and PeopleSoft and manage the approval workflow, ensuring timely submission and stakeholder notification
• Process complex billing scenarios including credits, re bills, forex adjustments, and intercompany fee share allocations
• Manage accruals processes in Finishline, ensuring accurate revenue recognition aligned with prospect instalment schedules
• Coordinate intercomp
