We are looking for a Delivery Head to own the predictable, profitable delivery of client projects and internal product initiatives across immersive technology, realtime 3D, interactive platforms, simulations and high-fidelity visualization.

Key responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery from approved scope to client sign-off, ensuring clear plans, accountable owners and reliable releases.
• Convert scope, commercial commitments and client requirements into delivery plans, milestones, resource plans, dependency maps and review calendars.
• Lead Project Leads, Coordinators and cross-functional Unreal, 3D, design, engineering and QA teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain delivery visibility across schedule, scope, effort, budget, risk, feedback, approvals and change requests; escalate early with a explicit recovery plan.
