About the Role
• We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development / Enterprise Sales professional to grow our Data Analytics business across the Indian market.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B/enterprise sales, preferably selling Data Analytics, BI, AI/ML, Data Engineering, IT services, or technology solutions to mid-sized and large enterprises.
• The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding business challenges, and converting them into analytics-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise accounts across the domestic Indian market.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, events, and existing relationships.
• Engage with CXO and senior stakeholders across functions such as Data & Analytics, IT, Digital, Finance, Operations, Marketing,



and Business Units.
• Understand customer business problems and translate them into relevant Data Analytics / BI / AI-led solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification through solution discussions, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Work closely with pre-sales, analytics, consulting, and delivery teams to develop customized client solutions and proposals.
• Conduct client presentations, solution discussions, demos, and commercial negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, pipeline reports, and account plans.
• Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the Data & Analytics ecosystem.
• Meet and consistently exceed assigned revenue and business development targets.
