About the role : We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development qualified to drive Ancillary Revenue for WeWork India. The role will be responsible for generating significant incremental revenue by selling WeWork spaces and properties for non-membership use, including events, shoots, pop-ups, productions,



brand activations, in-building advertising, experiential marketing and other commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Own the new business pipeline for Ancillary Revenue across India, with a strong focus on new client acquisition.

• Proactively identify and build relationships with advertising agencies, media agencies, event agencies, production houses, creative agencies, talent agencies, experiential agencies, brands, corporates, brokers and other relevant partners.

• Build and continuously expand a large database of qualified prospects and decision-makers.

• Drive aggressive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, agency outreach and other channels.

• Identify new use cases and revenue opportunities across WeWork properties, including events, shoots, pop-ups, advertising, activations and experiential requirements..
