About DigiSimbaDigiSimba is a Gurugram-based, full-service digital marketing agency with a 15+ member team. We work with brands across e-commerce, education, real estate, lifestyle and B2B, delivering SEO, performance marketing, CRO, social media, content and film production, website development, and AI Visibility (GEO/AEO) services. We are building a dedicated outbound engine to bring in new clients in India and international markets, and this role sits at the centre of it.




Role SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist who owns the top of our sales funnel. Your job is simple to state and hard to do well: consistently book qualified discovery meetings with decision-makers who need what we sell. You will run LinkedIn outreach, manage our Upwork pipeline, build prospect lists, write and test messaging, and hand over warm, well-researched meetings to the founders for closing.
Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Outreach
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator against our defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Write, run and A/B test personalised connection and follow-up sequences across multiple profiles, including founder profiles.
• Manage outreach safely within LinkedIn limits using tools such as HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify or similar.
• Engage prospects with comments and content so outreach lands warm, not cold.
