Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating hotel revenue through effective sales strategies, client relationship management, and business development activities. The role focuses on acquiring recent accounts, managing key clients, increasing room nights, driving banquet and event business, and supporting the hotel's overall revenue objectives.





• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and market penetration goals.
• Generate new business opportunities from corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, and social segments through proactive business development.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and property visits to promote hotel facilities, services, and unique value propositions.
• Identify potential markets and develop targeted strategies to increase market share and competitive positioning.
• Manage sales leads, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures to ensure successful deal completion.
• Achieve monthly and annual room revenue, banquet, and event sales targets while maintaining profitability margins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners to ensure client retention and repeat business.
