Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with telecom systems and third-party applications using APIs.
• Support automation of telecom service operations and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance problems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, telecom operations teams, and developers.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).




• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience using Git or other version control tools.

Preferred Skills & Key Competencies

• Experience in Telecom domain processes such as service provisioning, network operations, or OSS/BSS integration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation workflows.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
