Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager

About the role
Webware.ai is hiring a hands-on digital marketing qualified to help drive demand, generate qualified leads, and turn interest into sales opportunities.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing, Ramona, who leads marketing strategy and priorities. You’ll be her primary execution partner, taking ownership of campaign setup, paid advertising, landing pages, lead nurturing, and ongoing optimization.
This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership. You should be comfortable contributing strategic ideas and personally implementing the work.

What you’ll do
• Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and booked meetings for Webware.ai.
• Personally manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including targeting, budgets, ad copy, creative testing, and retargeting.
• Support TikTok advertising for international audiences,



bringing relevant experience or the ability to develop this channel.
• Build and improve campaign landing pages, including copy, forms, calls to action, and conversion tracking.
• Create and manage email and SMS follow-up sequences, CRM workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure timely lead follow-up, transparent handoffs, and feedback on lead quality.
• Write compelling ad and landing page copy, develop creative briefs, and coordinate campaign assets.
• Monitor campaign spend, conversion rates, cost per qualified lead, booked meetings, and sales opportunities.
• Identify where prospects drop off and recommend practical improvements.
• Keep campaigns organized, meet launch deadlines, and report clearly on results and next steps.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant digital marketing or performance marketing experience, with demonstrated results.
