About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our consulting team and work directly with our external clients across different industries.
The Business Consultant will be responsible for understanding clients' business challenges, conducting business assessments, identifying gaps and opportunities, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting clients with the implementation of business improvement initiatives.
The consultant will work with small and mid-sized businesses and provide advisory across key business functions, including Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Finance.
The ideal candidate should have strong commercial understanding, consulting experience, analytical skills, and the ability to interact confidently with business owners, founders, CEOs, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Business Assessment & Advisory
• Work directly with business owners, founders, CEOs, and senior management of client companies.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, operational structure, and growth plans.
• Conduct business health checks, audits, and diagnostic assessments.
• Identify business gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Analyse business performance and provide practical, data-driven recommendations.
• Develop business improvement plans and strategic roadmaps for clients.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.

2. Sales & Marketing Consulting
• Review clients' sales and marketing strategies and processes.
• Analyse lead generation, conversion, sales pipelines, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Assess sales team structure, performance, targets, and KPIs.
