About the Role:

Act as a trusted business partner and financial co-pilot to senior leadership by leading operational controlling activities, including financial planning, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and service charging governance. Deliver actionable financial insights, drive transparency on cost drivers and performance, support strategic decision-making, and champion automation, continuous improvement, and compliance with corporate financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Controlling Tasks (service charging contract governance & ownership, monthly reporting/ budget tracking, forecasting,



annual budgeting, ad-hoc cost analysis / deep dives, run charging activities and manage residuals, analyze and monitor cost flows, provide transparency on cost drivers to stakeholders and support to Senior Leadership team in all controlling aspects).
• Project Coordination: Support Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting and Ad-Hoc analysis of Project Cost.
• Performance Management: Support (ad-hoc) analysis of KPI output, identification & execution of improvement measures, automation/improvement of KPI tracking
• Lead cost analysis, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting for your assigned business area.
• Deliver reliable financial information to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
