About the Role

Influzo Studios is looking for a Video Editor Intern who lives and breathes YouTube — someone who understands both long-form storytelling and short-form hooks equally well.

This is an unpaid internship. Please apply only if you're okay with that.

What You'll Do
- Edit 1 video every 2 weeks (YouTube long-form or Shorts depending on the project)
- Handle end-to-end editing — cuts, transitions, captions, sound design, color
- Bring storytelling instincts to every edit, not just technical execution
- Optimize for retention — you understand why people drop off and how to stop it

What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with both YouTube long-form (8–20 min) and Shorts/Reels
- Knows the difference between editing for watch time vs editing for virality
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- A heavy YouTube consumer — you study creators, not just watch them
- Self-driven, meets deadlines, communicates clearly
