We are looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor for our Navsari Branch who can independently handle student visa counselling, documentation, application coordination, follow-ups, and student support throughout the visa process.

Job Summary

The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding visa requirements, assessing student profiles, recommending appropriate visa pathways based on the student's admission and destination, coordinating documentation, reviewing visa files, and ensuring timely submission and follow-up.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of student visa processes, documentation, financial requirements, visa applications,



interview preparation, and country-specific visa procedures.
The role will also involve working closely with the Counselling, Admissions, Application, and Documentation teams to ensure a smooth student journey from admission to visa decision.

Key Responsibilities

Student Visa Counselling

• Counsel students and parents regarding the student visa process.
• Understand the student's academic, financial, and personal profile.
• Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, fees, and procedures.
• Provide accurate information regarding country-specific visa requirements.
• Address student and parent queries related to the visa process.
• Explain potential documentation gaps and required corrective actions.
