About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager - Procurement to own end-to-end procurement activities across Marketing, HR, Administration, Operations, and Customer Service at Snabbit. In this role, you’ll lead strategic sourcing, drive cost optimization, and manage key vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. Bring your robust commercial negotiation skills, analytical mindset,
and experience in managing indirect procurement categories to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and build a streamlined, efficient procurement engine.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement for Marketing, HR, Admin, Operations, and Customer Service requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including vendor identification, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, commercial evaluation, and finalization.
• Drive cost optimization, competitive pricing, and value creation through effective negotiations and sourcing initiatives.
• Manage vendors, including onboarding, evaluation, performance monitoring, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Ensure timely procurement of services, consumables, office/admin requirements, marketing materials, events, manpower/services, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, budgets, specifications, and delivery timelines.
