MarTech Automation Specialist

The Team

We're looking for a MarTech Operations Specialist to own and optimize the marketing technology stack that powers our campaigns, data, and reporting. You'll be the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and IT, making sure our tools are properly integrated, our data is clean and reliable,



and our teams can execute campaigns efficiently. This role suits someone who enjoys both the technical side of marketing systems and the operational discipline of keeping everything running smoothly.

The Role

• Administer, configure, and maintain the marketing technology stack, including [marketing automation platform, CRM, CDP, analytics tools].
• Manage integrations and data flows between marketing, sales, and other business systems to ensure a single source of truth.
• Build and maintain lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and lifecycle stages.
• Set up, QA, and support email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automated journeys.
• Maintain data hygiene through regular auditing, deduplication, segmentation, and governance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
