Wakefit is India's largest online-first mattress brand and a listed (NSE), profitable home and sleep solutions company. Founded in Bengaluru in 2016 by Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Wakefit closed FY26 with revenue of ₹1,489 crore, up 17% year-on-year, and delivered its first full year of profitability, with a net profit of ₹189 crore, following its December 2025 listing. Mattress remains the core of the business at ₹914 crore in FY26 revenue, alongside a fast-growing Furniture and Furnishings portfolio. Wakefit's own channels,
its website and ~200 company-operated stores across 76 cities, now drive over two-thirds of revenue, backed by in-house manufacturing across five facilities and a further ~2000 multi-brand retail outlets carrying Wakefit products nationwide.
The company is looking for a hands-on marketing specialist to own SEO and AEO execution, design and run experiments, and execute campaigns end to end. This is an execution and craft role: the growth levers and budget are defined by the Head of Growth; this role is accountable for running them quick and well.

The Mandate
• Own SEO and AEO execution. Content, technical SEO, and citation-building work that improves
organic and answer-engine (LLM search) visibility.
• Design and run experiments. A/B and multivariate tests across web, app, and campaign channels,
from hypothesis through to a clear, defensible result.
• Execute campaigns end to end. Brief, build, launch, monitor, optimise, and report on campaigns
within the channels and budgets the Head of Growth has allocated.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Work day to day with content, design, and tech/dev to ship landing
pages, site changes, and creative on schedule.
• Report on a tight cadence. Provide clear, frequent reporting with explicit continue/kill
recommendations, not just raw dashboards.

What This Role Is
An execution and craft role. SEO/AEO expertise and experimental rigor are the leading requirements — not category or growth strateg
