We are looking for an Admission Counselor who can combine strong communication, consultative selling and student understanding to guide prospective learners toward the right academic program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls and understand their academic and career goals.
• Counsel learners on suitable Online UG, PG and Executive MBA programs.
• Explain program structure, university details, eligibility, fee structure, learning format and admission process.
• Manage leads effectively throughout the admission funnel, from first interaction to enrollment.
• Build meaningful conversations with prospects rather than following a scripted sales approach.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate lead updates,



follow-ups and conversion data in the CRM.
• Work toward individual admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional admission experience.
• Stay updated on program offerings, university collaborations and relevant market trends.

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Admissions, Inside Sales or Counselling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend relevant programs.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
• Comfortable handling objections and handling prospective learners professionally.
• Valuable working knowledge of CRM and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Candidates with experience selling Online UG/PG, MBA or Executive Education programs will be preferred.
