Required Technical and Skilled Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in Apache Web Server administration and support .
• Hands-on experience with IBM z/OS and OMVS (UNIX System Services).
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, shell commands, and scripting.
• Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Apache Web Servers.
• Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates, HTTPS configuration, and security hardening.
• Knowledge of zFS/HFS file systems, USS directories, and UNIX permissions.
• Experience troubleshooting web server, UNIX, and OMVS-related production incidents.
• Familiarity with software patching, upgrades, maintenance, and version compatibility management.
• Experience analyzing logs, performance bottlenecks, and system availability issues.
• Strong problem-solving, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.
• Ability to create technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
