Export Operations Executive

We’re hiring a full time Export Operations Executive to join Babco Foods India.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience managing export documentation and coordinating international shipments from India. Prior export experience in the food industry is required. This role involves food-safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements that vary across India and international destination markets.

You will work with manufacturers, freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping partners, regulatory agencies, and Babco teams in India, the United States, and other international markets.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and the ability to take ownership of shipments from documentation preparation through customs clearance and final shipping documents.

Location: India (remote)
Working Schedule: India daytime hours
International Collaboration: Must be available for scheduled meetings between 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time when required
Experience: 3–8 years





What This Role Requires• Strong understanding of food export documentation and shipment coordination
• Experience working with CHAs, freight forwarders, manufacturers, and shipping partners
• Ability to identify documentation errors and discrepancies before they create problems
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Clear professional communication in English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of shipments

Core Responsibilities• Prepare and verify export documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, and Bills of Lading
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturers, CHAs, freight forwarders, and other service providers
• Review shipment details including product descriptions, quantities, values, weights, HS codes, and consignee information
• Coordinate required export, customs, food-safety, and regulatory certificates
• Track shipments, documentation, ETD/ETA, and outstanding actions thr
