Job Title Sales Trainer – Mutual Fund Asset Management (Manager Level)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with 7–15 years of experience in the Mutual Fund and Asset Management industry. The role involves designing and delivering impactful training programs for Mutual Fund Distributors, National Distributors, Banks, and internal sales teams. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Equity and Debt markets, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to develop engaging training content aligned with industry trends and business needs. This position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with travel primarily across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Rajasthan, and other locations as required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery - Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for Mutual Fund Distributors, National Distributors, Banks, and internal sales teams. - Manage training interventions primarily across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Rajasthan.



- Deliver training effectively in both English and Hindi. - Travel extensively across India to meet business requirements.
2. Training Content & Module Development - Design and develop training modules based on business needs, market developments, and industry trends. - Create engaging presentations, learning materials, and customized content for distributors and internal teams. - Continuously update training content to reflect changes in mutual fund and capital markets.
