Role Description The Customer Care Executive (CCE) will provide front-line support to applicants and visitors,



ensuring a professional and efficient experience at BLS International’s Gurugram center. The role includes handling inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, guiding customers through application and documentation processes, and resolving issues in line with company policies and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities involve data entry, verification of documents, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards. The CCE will maintain accurate records, meet service-level timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer service and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram.
