Role: Oracle C2M Architect

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities products, with robust hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities C2M.
• Experience in at least one or more full-cycle Oracle C2M implementations.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes, including customer management, metering, billing, payments, and collections.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities application architecture and configuration.
• Experience designing integrations between C2M and enterprise applications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, and web services.
• Strong database and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with application performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.




• Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution design documents.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based Oracle Utilities deployments.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of MDM, MWM, CCS/CC&B;, and Oracle Utilities Network Management is an advantage.
• Experience in smart metering, AMI, distributed energy resources, or modern utility transformation programs.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
