We’re hiring a Growth Associate to help us grow Reddit Capital across India and global markets.
This is not a passive sales role.

You’ll be responsible for identifying the right brands, finding the right decision-makers, creating opportunities, setting up conversations, and helping bring new clients into the business.

You’ll work closely with the founders and get direct exposure to sales, growth, brand strategy, Reddit, AI search, and how a fast-growing services business is built from the ground up.

What you’ll do day to day :-

• Research and identify brands that could benefit from Reddit marketing and organic UGC
• Build high-quality lead lists across India and international markets
• Identify the right decision-makers across marketing, growth, digital, brand, and leadership teams
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
• Write personalised outreach that actually gets responses
• Set up meetings with prospective clients
• Follow up consistently and move conversations forward
• Understand a prospect’s business, category, competitors,



and marketing priorities before meetings
• Help prepare pitches, proposals, audits, and sales material
• Join client and prospect calls
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline
• Track conversations, follow-ups, opportunities, and next steps
• Identify new industries, markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Experiment with recent ways of generating inbound and outbound opportunities
• Help improve our sales processes as the company grows
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and new client acquisition

What we’re looking for :-

1 to 2 years of prior agency experience is required for this role.
Beyond that, we care deeply about how you think and operate.
You’ll probably do well here if you:

• Are comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know
• Can communicate clearly and confidently
• Enjoy sales, networking, research, and building relations
