The Role
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources / Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across non-IT functions, with a strong focus on sales hiring & Non sales hiring.
The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements,



source and assess relevant talent, manage the interview process, and drive hiring closures within defined timelines. The role will also involve recruitment data management, MIS reporting, and maintaining hiring dashboards using advanced Excel.

What You Will Be Doing
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions, with a strong focus on sales hiring
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee references, databases, and other relevant channels
• Handle hiring for Sales Executives, BDMs, Sales Managers, Key Accounts, Channel Sales, and other sales positions across different levels
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future requireme
