Role Description As a Customer Journey Advisor at ORN Journeys, you will guide travelers through their end-to-end journey, from initial inquiry to post-trip feedback. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will manage customer contacts across channels, provide timely information and counseling on itineraries, and resolve issues before, during, and after travel.



You will coordinate with operations and local teams to ensure seamless execution of trips and proactively monitor journey milestones to maintain high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling queries, clarifying policies, documenting interactions, escalating complex cases when necessary, and continuously refining the customer journey based on traveler insights.
Qualifications
• Solid customer interaction skills, including Customer Contact and Customer Support, to handle inquiries, issues, and journey updates across channels.
• Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through empathetic service, timely problem resolution, and proactive journey guidance.
• Client Counseling and Communication skills to explain travel options, set clear expectations, and support decision-making for travelers.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
