Role Description
The Co-Founder role is a part time remote position responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s strategic vision across both advisory pillars. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining growth strategies, leading business development initiatives,



and building long-term client relationships in European, Indian and GCC markets. The role involves overseeing key accounts, guiding executive recruitment and remote staffing projects, and steering international business and go-to-market engagements. The Co-Founder will collaborate on financial planning, operational frameworks, and process optimization, while helping to establish partnerships and expand the firm’s global footprint. This position requires active participation in thought leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all client engagements.
