Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for driving adoption of NoBrokerHood’s community management solutions within the assigned territory. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos for residential communities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The Territory Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees and other key decision-makers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Day-to-day activities include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, coordinating closely with customer success and implementation teams, and providing market feedback to inform product and strategy. The role also requires training building staff or society representatives on platform usage and representing NoBrokerHood at local events, meetings, and partner engagements in the Chennai region.
