Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across North America.




• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, market research, and outbound prospecting.
• Schedule meetings with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering organizations.
• Support account-based sales strategies and maintain CRM updates.
• Work closely with the leadership team to build and grow the sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience selling engineering services, IT services, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in the US time zone.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to build a career in global business development.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Automotive, or related discipline). An MBA or degree in Business Management/Marketing is a strong advantage.
