We are looking for a driven *Field Sales Executive* to build and develop current business opportunities across the *automotive and architectural glass market*.
This is a hands-on *B2B field sales role* involving cold outreach, client meetings, lead generation, and pipeline development.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and approach automotive fleet operators, body builders, builders, contractors, façade consultants, and other glass buyers
* Conduct regular door-to-door and telephonic prospecting
* Generate and qualify leads based on budget, volume, timeline, and decision-maker access
* Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
* Schedule meetings and develop warm leads for the closing team
* Gather and report market insights, competitor information, and customer requirements
*Key Requirements:*
* Sales experience in *glass, building materials, auto components, or B2B industrial sales*
* Basic knowledge of glass products, including float glass, lamination, toughening, thicknesses, and applications
* Comfortable with cold calling and field-based prospecting
* Own two-wheeler/vehicle for field travel
* Good communication skills in *Hindi and working English*
* Self-driven and comfortable building a sales pipeline from scratch
