About the role
The role is split into two parts: core marketing work, and marketing operations. You will run content and campaigns, and also own the coordination, data, approvals, reporting, and process side. You are the person who takes a campaign from objective to published asset to lead list to report.

Part 1 — Core marketing work

1. Content and brand communication
• Plan and compile the client newsletter, weekly wealth notes, website blogs,



and educational content for clients and prospects
• Coordinate social posts, captions, and WhatsApp messages
• Manage Canva creatives, publishing schedules, platform-wise posting, and final approvals

2. Reel shooting and segmented boosting
• Plan reel topics and write scripts
• After the script, take compliance approval from the compliance agency before the shoot
• Coordinate speakers, shoot schedule, and setup
• Move raw footage through edit, captions, final approval, and publishing
• Boost reels to separate audiences: existing clients, prospects, and event leads, based on the campaign objective
• Coordinate the boost budget and track reach, engagement, clicks, and leads
• Hand a follow-up-ready lead list to the sales team

3. Campaigns, surveys, and lead generation
